Mikey McDowell
Born in Amarillo TX and Nashville based for the last 5 years, Mikey is the bass player and band leader for Nate Smith. He has also played bass for over 50 different artists. Some notable names include: Caylee Hammock, Danielle Bradbury, Drew Green, Hunter Phelps, Jeb Gipson, Joel Vaughn, Levi Hummon, Madeline Edwards, Meghan Patrick, Spencer Crandall, Tanner Adell, Temecula Road, Tenille Arts and William Michael Morgan. With 9 years of professional touring under his belt, Mikey along side his team can be trusted to lead, create, and develop your project.
Neal Yakopin
Born in Cincinnati, Ohio and then moving to Nashville in 2020. Neal has spent the last 7 years inside the music industry. His experience in the CCM world as an MD has helped developed his skills in Ableton to create a consistent and desirable live show. He now has built sets for multiple label acts including - Drew Green, Nate Smith, Bailey Zimmerman, Roman Alexander, and Ashley Cooke. As the current drummer for Nate Smith he also has experience on the performance aspect of the live show. This combination serves him well when it comes to helping artists develop a show that fits their style and needs.
Andrew Bone
From Kansas City, Andrew has been in Nashville since 2012. Andrew is a drummer, production designer/manger, and all around nerd advisor to Tour Launch. Andrew started working in a production shop in KC in high school and has been involved in many aspects of [rodcutions for the shop and design, to the stage and implication. In Nashville, Andrew is currently the Drummer/ Tour Manager/ Production Manager for Josh Gallagher. Over the years, Andrew has supported such acts as Josh Gracin, Southerland, Caleb Lee Hutchinson, Roman Alexander, Drew Green, Caanon Cox, and more. When not on tour as a player or in the studio as a producer, he is designing and building the audio and playback systems for Tour Launch. All connections and cabling are end to end custom for every monitor, microphone, and Ableton playback system that Tour Launch offers to their clients.
Jacob Daniel Flaugh
Jacob is a multi-instrumentalist and audio engineer that got his start in Erie, Pennsylvania. After graduating with his Master's in Music from Berklee College of Music in Boston, Massachusetts, he moved to Nashville, Tennessee. While in Nashville he has written songs with well known musicians such as Brian Bonds (Guitarist for Florida Georgia Line) and Nick Sampson (Producer of Asking Alexandria, We Came As Romans, Polyphia, and Miss May I). He has performed for A&R reps of Atlantic Records, Rise Records, Sumerian Records, Equal-Vision Records, Fearless Records, Victory Records, Warner Brother Records, and Republic Records. Jacob played for a variety of artists in the Country genre including Andrew Jannakos, Karley Scott Collins, Carter Smith, Cody Cozz, and more. When not touring, Jacob is writing songs and doing all things audio work as a mixing engineer and producer as well as doing all the midi patch changes and auto tune setups for Tour Launch. Jacob's multiple skills have proven him to be a great addition to the Tour Launch team!
